Our Cleaning Supplies Store Owner Is Retiring
My wife and I run a very nice restaurant and bar that have been in the family for thirty years. My father started this business when he moved here from Italy. I think that there were a lot of Italian restaurants that opened in this area at that time, but ours is the only one still standing. My wife’s cousin runs a cleaning supplies store just across town and has been our cleaning supplies provider for the past eight years.
My wife’s cousin is going to retire and his kids do not want to take over the business that they have had in the family for about twenty years. I have heard that since there are so many janitorial products suppliers online that offer such great prices, it is pushing out the little guys. I am glad that my wife’s cousin has lasted this long in the janitorial products business if it is really that bad.
The fact that he is retiring, means that we need to find a new provider for our cleaning supplies soon. I believe that we have about a month until he is closing his doors. My wife has assured me that she will handle it and that I should not worry.
