No Longer Using The Local Discount Office Supply Company
I was no longer going to be using the local discount office supplies company that I had for the last twenty years. I had been seeing their customer service go downhill ever since they hired a new manager about six months ago. The guy that this office supply company hired had no experience and defiantly no people skills. I had called in several times about my deliver being late and he would just blame the driver and tell me that there was really nothing that he could do about it.
I then called the owner of the discount office supplies company to let him know what was going on and he told me that the new manager was his new son in law and that he really needed the job. He apologized for the problems that I had been having and promised to talk to his son in law.
The day that the office supply order that I had place a week ago, showed up four hours late, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I called to tell the son in law manager that he could cancel any other orders that we had with his company and that we would be finding a new office supply company.
