There is no such thing as a particular level of luxury that handbags have to offer. Rather it is all about the looks and the brand name. So the more established the brand name the higher the level of luxury your handbag is believed to have. Regardless of the brand name, a good looking handbag on its own can be considered as a luxury handbag.
